Due to Covid-19, we will start to see urgent care one day a week in June 2020. Starting July 2020, we will resume routine dental services from Monday-Thursday 8:00-4:00.
As per the dental college's new guidelines, changes have been made to ensure everyone's health and safety. All visits to our office will be by appointments only after telephone screening. We appreciate your patience, and look forward to seeing you soon.
Our definition of a no-show is a patient who: does not show up for their scheduled appointment, cancels or reschedules their appointment with less than 48 hours’ notice or shows up more than 20 minutes late for their appointment. If you fail to keep a scheduled appointment, we reserve the right to charge $50 for every scheduled half-hour appointment time.
In order to be respectful of the dental needs of other patients, we ask that you call our office at least 48 hours in advance if it is necessary to change your appointment. To change or reschedule an appointment, please call (613) 225-6550.
As a courtesy, we will call and/or email you 1 or 2 days prior to your scheduled date and time. If we cannot speak to you directly, we will leave a message for you. However, in the event that your mailbox is full or your line is busy, our efforts to contact you may be unsuccessful. Your appointment time is a contract of time reserved for you, and even though we may not be successful to confirm your appointment, it is still subject to our no-show policy mentioned above.
